Mô tả công việc
- Manage key core products: Two wheel, Consumer Durable, Cash loan.
- Work closely with Sales department to prepare proposals for product changes, initiatives, update, prepare message and communicate to Sale network for any campaign/ updates related to products.
- Coordinate with Finance/Risk department to manage PnL of subvention campaigns to ensure maximum profitability.
- Work closely with IT department to test and adapt the product system for any new updates, configure products parameters in system for subvention campaigns/ changes precisely.
- Manage team member to ensure deployment of product changes on time and accurately.
- Co-operate with Marketing department to implement Marketing plan/ activities for related products/ campaigns.
- Update and manage product code books.
- Share learning & provide advice / guidance on product areas.
- Monitor and report on the performance of products against P&L goals, client and customer expectations, driving recommendations for continual improvement.
- Produce the business case (feasibility study) for product initiatives following business strategy, client and channel strategies.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree with Marketing Background/Finance/ Sales
- At least 1 year experience in brand or product management in the foreign company with financial product development background is an advantage
- Commercial skills / P&L focus: understanding of profitability and pricing is an advantage
- Business analysis skills; ability to interpret / analyse data (good knowledge of Excel is a must have)
- Presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Communication skills in Vietnamese and English both written and spoken
- Cooperation, negotiation , presentation and decision making skills
- Be responsible to complete assigned tasks on time without compromising quality of result is a must have
- At least 1 year experience in brand or product management in the foreign company with financial product development background is an advantage
