Product Application Engineer, Digital Energy - HCMC

I. Mission:
The position is responsible for adapting, promoting and supporting integrated, intelligent solutions for customers in Vietnam Clusters. The job holder must possess the ability to build cross-business solutions while understanding the customer context, including all participants, processes and requirements, as well as the technical complexity arising from the integration of numerous inter-connected components and sub-systems.

II. Detailed responsibilities:
1. To provide pre-sales technical support and assistance to Sales people to assist in the sales effort.

2. To deliver a customized product/service solution by assessing client/prospect/market requirements and translating this into a technical framework.

3. To work in conjunction with the client and the development team to arrive at the recommended solution.

4. To assist senior pre-sales management in meetings and presentations.

1. Education: University degrees – Electrical Engineer, Automation or Industrial Controls

2. Working Experience:
- 5-8 years related experience in Electrical Business or Automation Business
- Preferably from Building Management System (BMS) background with a good understanding of lighting control systems, Guest Room Management Systems and Information Technology

3. Business Understanding:
- Good understanding of Building, Industry & Infrastructure markets
- Good understanding of Energy Efficiency Market markets
- Strong technical competency


4. Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
- Good communication skills and able to present to customers
- Customer satisfaction oriented & Quality assurance oriented
- Good Spoken & written English (TOEIC > 700)
