- Source, inspect, contract potential/current partners
- Ensure the company is having best available rates and conditions from suppliers
- Manage all contracts in hard copy and soft copy to make sure they are save on internal system.
- Ensure correctness and completeness of signed contracts and records/ files properly
- Following up counter-signed contract in a timely basis & records/ files properly
- Lead, train and keep highly motivated Product and Contracting team
- Perform other duties assigned by General Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proven experience in similar role for minimum 2 years within the Tourism industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload
- Excellent Team Player with a willingness to support the team in achieving overall goals
- Outstanding negotiation skills and commercial approach
- Outstanding eye for detail and ability to complete tasks without errors
- Team player
