Product and Contracting Executive

- To contact with hotel and boat partners to renew and update annual contracts.
- To ensure that the Travel Studio/iBuilder database and other related applications is updated online, is functional and reflects the business guidelines
- To ensure that the company is taking full advantage of the application, and that the application evolves and adjusts with the changing needs.
- Contact with hotel and overnight boat partners to update / renew annual contracts and negotiate the best competitive rates for company
- Manage all contracts in hard copy and soft copy to make sure they are save on internal system.
- Input and control data base for hotel & boat contractual rates, promotion, renovation to company standard template
- Generate reports for hotel and boat comparison
- Remain up to date with competitor pricing
- Source and develop suitable new hotel and boat products
- Coordinate with Product & Contract Supervisor on Tour Directory and costing for Hotel & Boat Tariff
- To adjust and adapt quickly as situations arise
- Support Contracting & Product Supervisor and Sales Department as required.

- Fluent in spoken and written English
- A background within the Tourism Industry, a clear understanding of DMC operations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skill
- Accurate in data & information inputting
- Task oriented approach
- Good logical sense in solving unexpected problem
- Computer skill: competent in using Microsoft Office & Power Point
