Product & Project Manager/ Engineer (Extreme Sports/ Back Pack)

MANAGE BACK PACK PROJECTS
• Follow up sample from first stage to production sample.
• Communicate directly with buyer and get all information of new development collection: about fabric, trim, pattern, techpack and construction sample.
• Work with development team – sample room- to arrange sample according to buyer’s requirements. Follow up sample making on time so that the sample can catch the schedule as buyer’s request.
• Control pattern / cutting / sewing / QC and solve the problem when the sample has issue
• Making BOM (Bill of Material) & follow order processing management
• Daily Control & confirmation the lead time for sales order
• Contact with supplier to develop printing / embroidery.
• Update data for production & analysis report.
• Check of consumption and do costing

- Handle FOB orders, Sample detail, etc.
• Responsible for merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution, following up with buyers and suppliers, monitoring and attending shipment requirement;
• Properly dealing problems rising in production
• Other job assigned

• Experiences for merchandising of backpacks are ESSENTIAL.
• Careful and Responsible
• Have experiences in production plan is an advantage
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Good at numbers
• Experience in ERP system is a plus
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• French is a must, English is a prefer
• Common knowledge to use MS-office, e-mails, surfing website.
• Ability to make plan and arrange daily work logically.
• Ability to work under high pressure, solving problem actively and good team working spirit.
