* Department: Prod
* Factory: WTVN
* Duty and responsibilities:
1. Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling of all production activities;
2. Communicate & coordinate with other supporting groups to control production deliverables such as OTD, yield, scrap, efficiency & productivity, etc;
3. Report, monitor and improve production performance metrics (cost, delivery, quality, efficiency & productivity, etc);
4. Give training, direction & support to production supervisors and line leader;
5. Communicate & monitor the implementation of company policies & procedures;
6. Motivate and maintain staff morale;
7. Offer the good idea to OM or top manager for production improvement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Competencies and experiences requirement:
1. Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical, Production or Electronic
2. Minimum 5 year experience in PCBA industry with at least 3 years as manager.
3. Good command of spoken and written English.
4. Good communication and leadership skill.
5. Have the knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO9000
6. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.
7. Able to travel to overseas if required.
