JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION:
1. Establish Supplier chain
2. Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers
3. Find suppliers according to the purchasing activities. Evaluate suppliers based on a set of criteria: prestige, quality, supplying capacity…etc
A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY (VAI TRÒ & TRÁCH NHIỆM)
1. Establish Supplier chain
2. Purchase raw materials in both domestic & oversea
3. Responsible for planning, developing, and buying materials in time and cost effective way.
4. Ensure that the best possible prices, quality and delivery service are obtained.
B. JOB DESCRIPTION (MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC):
1) Daily job (Công việc hàng ngày):
1. Dealing with supplier
2. Maintain procurement files
2) Monthly job (Công việc hàng tháng):
Track purchasing activity and measurement

- OTHERS REQUIREMENT (YÊU CẦU KHÁC): Good in communication, negotiation
