Procurement Specialist

***Procurement:
• Deliver in time, quality and quantity to customers (Factory, the subsidiaries and the customers).
• Using the ERP daily to place purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors
• Establishment stock level mini, max -> responding to the needs of factory and the capabilities of the supplier.
• Place Purchases orders
• Litigation management

***Purchase :
• Negotiates the best terms of purchase (quality, price, delivery ...)
• Accounts management of Siamp Ltd’s suppliers
• Participates and performs annual visits & audits of suppliers (quality and supply chain)
• Participate with Siamp Ltd’s QA Managerin Supplier rating
• Constantly researching the most suitable economic plan
• Challenge the suppliers in the cost-breakdown of products purchased

***Sourcing :
• Ref. to Siamp’s Group technical specifications -> Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, quality delivery schedules
• Search for better deals (quotations) and find more profitable suppliers
• Involve and performs annual visits & audits of suppliers (quality and supply chain)
• Participate in the validations processes of the samples until the validation of the first serial delivery.
• Provide the supports to Siamp’s subsidiaries to source products within Asia zone

• Living in HCM city
• Effective negotiation, wide networking and dealing with numbers
• 5 to 10 years experiences in similar function within manufacturing sector (sanitary sector is the considerable advantage)
• Good understanding of Customs regulations (import taxes applying/HS code)
• Experiences with ERP system and MS office (Excel, Powerpoint…)
• Excellent knowledges in English (spoken & written); Chinese is a considerable advantage
• Age 35 - 40
• Willing to travel
