What You Will Do/Bạn Sẽ Làm Gì
- Department: Procurement/ Support Group
Job Duties
- Managing all import - sub material
- Knowledge about Vietnam's import, export regulation (Hs code, custom declaration, update new regulation..)
- Risk management for the changes on circumstance of politics, legislation, or a natural disaster.
- Good skill at warehouse control
- Actively sourcing for developing potential suppliers and preparing the future technologies.
- Learning compliance cases, how to deal with those issues, and social responsibilities as a member of the company.
- Reporting environmental strong and weak factors to the company daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Monitoring returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
- Extensive use of internal procurement system to ensure sanctity & information security
- Co-operate & support team members & other Dept to complete tasks by deadline
- Support Managers to improve work & work procedure
- Other duties as assignment
- Female is compulsory

Job Duties

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 4+ years’ experience in procurement or purchasing with years of experience
- Working experience in Japanese/ Korean companied is preferred
- Understanding of construction industry processes and procedures with hands on experience in procurement, logistics or project management.
- Proficiency in English communication
- Excellent time management skills & communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, work under pressure with challenging deadlines while delivering high quality results.
- Strong teamwork and analytical skills.
- Good usage of office application & accounting software
- High responsible, can work independent & under pressure
- Willing to learn new things & do new tasks
- Experience in working with FDI Company
