Position Title: Planner
Direct supervisor: Inbound Logistics & Procurement Manager
Function/ Division/ Dept; Inbound Logistics & Procurement
Company/ Location: Nutreco International Vietnam
Objectives
Creating delivery planning suitable to actual demand to make sure supplying enough RMs for production with a reasonable inventory at end of week, month and lowest logistics cost.
Main Tasks
Daily jobs:
- Following up delivery schedule of raw materials
- Update actual quantity and date delivery of RMs on delivery planning on time
- Following up production schedule to adjust delivery planning of RMs accordingly and sending to relevant people/ department
- Coordinating with import & logistics team to allocate import RMs to needed WH accordingly
- Ensure creating purchase order and sending to supplier on time
- Ensure creating distribution order to transfer RMs between warehouses and sending to relevant people on time
- Arranging trucks to deliver RMs and finish products as per plan and request
- Contacting supplier for RM non-conformity claim
- Sending energy delivery planning to supplier on time
Weekly jobs:
- Updating RMs delivery planning of current week on time
- Creating delivery planning of RMs for coming week
- Creating delivery planning of energy as per request from factories
Monthly jobs:
- Checking invoices and payment request for indirect suppliers
- Ensure reasonable inventory of RMs at end of month
- Analyzing consumption and inventory level of RMs vs forecast
- Updating documents for assessment
- Doing reports as request

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor degree in any background; Economic University is preferable.
• Working Experience: 2 years of experience in planning/ purchasing/ logistics
Competencies:
Core Competencies:
1. Fluent written and verbal English skills
2. Ability to effectively and dependently work under tight deadlines and high pressure
3. Good negociation skills
Job Related Competencies:
1. Solving problems skill
2. Communication skill
Works with Warehouse, Production, QA & QC, Accounting, R&D.
