DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Finding vendor/supplier, and select & evaluate the quotations from vendor based on customer’s requirements
Issue PO to vendor upon receiving requirement for both in/out scope in/out budget purchase
Ensure the ordered material/service delivered on time, at expectation on quality, quantity. Get delivery note signed by JLL and Intel upon handover complete
Coordinating to have contract and PO signed by vendors and JLL
Booking goods receipt, scanning all purchasing docs to save in share drive and handing over these docs to Finance department to issue invoice to customer and release the money for vendor in due date
Be a centre point of all purchasing documents filing system
Hand over to operation required docs like copy of contract, warranty certificate, delivery note …for their management of warranty
Be a contact point among vendor - client – operation once any warranty claims
Keep the fruitful and efficiency relationship with the vendor
Participate in sourcing activity for small project to get the purchase done at the most effective manner. Comply strictly to IFM procurement procedure during vendor sourcing and selection
Any other duties as and when required by the Manager
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
• Meet the requirements of customer proactively and professionally in ordering and delivery timely100%
• Complete all jobs to support finance team in billing client and payment to vendor per expected deadline
• 100% purchasing documents save in share drive for transparent and audit purpose
• Contribute to the success of procurement team by handling OB project efficiently

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Local Vietnamese, Bachelor Degree
• At least 2 years’ experience in procurement/ purchasing
• Knowledge on international procurement process is preferable
• Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese
• Work with tremendous care, detail- oriented, proper tracking and documented
• High responsibility at work, sense of emergency and solutions proposal to get the problem solved
• Ability to handle multiple complexity jobs with steady nerve
• Mature and level-headed while dealing with people around
• Customer orientation, team work and integrity
• Able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Note:
Working time: 07:00 - 16:00, Mon - Fri
Working Location: Intel VN - Lot I2, D1 Road, Saigon Hi-Tech Park, District 9, HCMC
The shuttle bus is provided from the center of city
