Mô tả công việc
- Monitor and manage the inventories to ensure proper storage
- Issue purchase order based on inventory balance / suppliers’ promotion or discount program
- Issue purchase orders & track deliveries of goods as demand of Sales Department
- Follow up the orders, chasing supplier for on-time delivery
- Investigate qualitative and quantitative discrepancies between goods ordered and goods received
- Reconciling account payable with suppliers
- Collect payment requests/ original input invoices and hand over to the accounting team for timely payment procedure
- Track suppliers’ discount payment
- Process customs clearance when arising
- Identify and research potential vendors and send quotation to projects' customers
- Generate procurement reports as requested
- Other duties as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female, <= 28 years old
- University; graduate in Economics or related majors
- 1 - 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Good communication both in Vietnamese and English
- Be honest, kind-hearted & hard-working
- Good teamwork, proactive and ability to work under pressure
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook...)
