Procurement Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for procurement, vendor selection, evaluation and to establish Approval Vendor List
• Establish procedure to ensure the purchased products/services conform to Specified requirements
• Negotiate for best price and terms with suppliers.
• Identify new sources of required items/materials
• Plan delivery schedule and follow up delivery process
• Oversee staff performance to handle the price, quotation and PO
• Provide advice and assistance to subordinate as needed
• Report manager accordingly regarding procurement

Qualifications:
• Male or Female, age 25-30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts (English) or related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Purchasing & Procurement
• Good command of English
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good personality and work accurately and with attention to details
• Hard working and can work under pressure
• Experience with Import- Export documentations is prefer
• As duty and responsible also contain that we prefer
• Experience with Import- Export documentations is prefer we also can changes that Experience with Import- Export documentations is must.
