Procurement Officer

Primary Purpose and Scope:
The role exists to assist all business industries in Vietnam to provide a sourcing and procurement activities and ensure meeting all requirements of customers base on agreement to be signed between Linfox and customers.
Key Result Areas and Accountabilities:
• Conduct sourcing and procurement activities for business
• Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure they are capable of producing quality products/services on time at the lowest possible cost
• Collect and maintain supplier performance information from both internal and external customers to ensure the satisfaction of provided services
• Improve continuously to cost, quality and delivery
• Uphold all compliance requirements by ensuring that all company policies, procedures and relevant legislative requirements are adhered to
• Ensure adequate procedures and controls are in place to maintain the accuracy, honestly and positive of reported data, provided services and business contract
• Take initiative in problem solving on delivery and quality matters
• Negotiate and manage mutually agreeable contract
• Conduct financial analyst of prospective suppliers to ensure viability as a long term reliable source of services and products
• Ensure all payment term and processes are complied
• Assist in new project in all industries, rates review, rise & fall rate adjustments etc,.
• Provide support to new project in procurement sourcing and needs

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (University of technology or University of Technology and Education)
• Extensive ‘hands on’ experience in the area of warehouse/transport/logistics operations
• Good computing skills (Microsoft Office, SAP).
• Fluent in English
