o Set up the optimum supply capability to support VN Manufacturing & the BU operations
o Supply chain to focus on supplier & supply management
o Short to medium goal
o Ensure the supply needs of the BU operations to meet customer demand
o Avoid production interruption
o Maximize organizational potential
o Balanced Global Supply
o Saving programs
o Knowing APAC Region suppliers (semiconductor industries)
o Supplier technology & engagement
o Supplier development-performance improvement-LT, OTD, & saving
