Hierarchical Manager: APAC Procurement Director
Subordinator: 3 (2 solid line + 1 dotted line)
* Overall Objectives
Mission, scope and dimension of the role (turnover, budget, costs, number of people)
Drive the sourcing strategy and lead the Sourcing Process for Direct material as well as indirect materials, services and CAPEX of Ariston Thermo Vietnam;
Responsible for achieving costs targets while meeting other objectives (e.g. Quality, Delivery and services etc) and business needs;
Lead the local Procurement Team in Vietnam;
Scout localization opportunity and promote local for global business;
Key interface with Plant, Sales & Marketing team etc to solve issues promptly;
* Activities/ Tasks
Define internal needs and assess market conditions
Design a sourcing strategy based on Direct and indirect procurement roadmaps and supplier base definitions
Manage Vietnam local procurement team in close coordination with APAC and Global Procurement organization
Negotiate terms & conditions in Agreements or contract and apply the suppliers negotiation plan model
Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop cost reduction plans
Support all functions in the scope in procurement activities and cooperate with procurement team for international projects

* Basic Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree, CPSM preferred
Seniority: More than 8 years experiences, people leader, proven record of sourcing experiences
Previous Experiences: Procurement & Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality & technical as plus
Languages: Fluent English as a must
Others (Coming Markets/ Sectors/ International Mobility): International Mobility
