Procurement Manager (New Hire)

- Contributes to the development of purchasing strategy for all goods and services from both domestic and oversea supply source
- Responsible for translating the overall strategy into operating activation
- Designs and continuously revisits purchasing S&OP, policies…and reinforce for consistent implementation
- Closely work and/or cooperate with country & group purchasing community to be aligned and maximize the benefits/added values from purchasing activities
- Makes purchase decision on high valuable spends and/or strategic items/category
- Direct organizational procurement team for the achievement of the given business objectives and fully complied with corporate compliance/policies and business ethics
- Responsible for supply market intelligence for both local and oversea supply market
- Manages and develops procurement team to be expertise and professional

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business administration
- Professional Procurement/Supply Chain Cert is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a procurement manager role
- Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
- Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese
