• GENERAL TASKS:
 Discover and evaluate suitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships (locally and well as overseas).
 Manage and control external vendors to ensure deliveries on time for all kinds of materials (raw, auxiliary, special equipment etc.).
 Negotiations with suppliers and finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries and foresee potential alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
 Generate and maintain detailed supplier list (materials, supplier contacts etc.).
 Organize logistics and custom clearances of goods.
 Examine and review and re-negotiate existing contracts.
 Track costs and frequently review and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses in order to improve (price) effectiveness.
 Collaborate with key personnel in the office (such as, factory manager, production team, Quality dept.) and subsidiaries within the group to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
 Support implementation of management system (ISO9001) and prepare required procedures, forms and policies.
 Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
 Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
 Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

• Degree level or professional qualification preferably in procurement/supply chain
• Minimum 02 years experience of Paper Packaging Materials buying
• Understand current market and capacity of suppliers surrounding packaging industry.
• Responsible for the supply of products and services essential for company's operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills with relevant or related experience.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve with the capability to work under pressure.
• Energetic, self-starter with a can-do attitude and "hands on" approach
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent cross-cultural communication (in written and spoken English) and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, power point, and electronic mail).
