Procurement Manager

- Responsible to discover the best ways to minimize our procurement expenses so that the company can invest its growth by make strategize to find the most cost effective deals and suppliers.
Responsible for sourcing of new and alternative ingredients to maintain the lowest cost possible.
- A commerical role that focuses feed ingredients, pricing and competence to handle key supplier relationship in the region. Responsible for single ingredients’ P&L.
- The role is based in Vietnam.

*Main Task:
Procurement tasks:
1. Manage activity in procurement which include, open purchase order in related supply of Raw Material, Packaging Material, Other Support Material, Spare part and Services from other department.
2. Devise and employ sourcing strategies
3. Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
4. Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terns
5. Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts
6. Set the right timing and execute PO process
7. Monitor progress of Raw Material Sales Contract
8. Monitor to makes sure all material procured arrived as planned
9. Manage supplier management system: selection and evaluations
10. Doing or in exposure of MRP Process and Material Procurement Forecast
11. Ensure we get the best supplier in term of quality, delivery and working capital.
12. Ensure all Procurement Process comply with Nutreco’s standard.
13. Maintain the highest level of integrity of own self and subordinates

Resales tasks:
1. Together with sales team, ensuring and growing re-sales business in Vietnam.
2. Provide price list for re-sales products in Vietnam.
3. Generate raw material (including Selko and FA) prices based on market for our premix.
4. Manage key principals and follow up on new product developments
5. Manage forecasting and re-sales stocks so we can delivered on time and not losing sales opportunity.
6. Work closely with Global procurement and pricing team to get insight for market price level from Global sight.
7. Communicate directly with customers and maintain professional relationship with them

• Education: Degree in Procurement, Project, Management, Business Administration or other related
• Working Experience: Minimum 5 years in Procurement
• Technical & Professional Knowledge (or certification): Procurement Management, Supply Chain
