Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose:
• Purchases goods or services for their employer to use or sell.
• Ensures employer obtains quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion. Plays an integral role in ensuring a company sticks to budgets and operates profitably.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor and audit all manufacturing goods which should meet specified standard and able to find defects and able to do the route cause analysis and develop a solution.
• Sound Commercial Knowledge & professional experience of various materials required for running a steel plant, procurement & storage of materials and contract management
• Prepare and finalize material requirement of the Plant and continuously procure materials from vendors to ensure timely availability of material in the plant
• Provide inputs to annual business planning through guidance on manpower, maintenance & consumables-related availability from empaneled vendors.
• Ensure adherence to minimum and maximum inventory levels in plant and follow up with delivery schedules.
• Drive cost reduction initiative in the plant and reduce cost of procurement, ensure timely renewal of contracts and convince vendors to reduce advance payment and increase credit teams.
• Carry out discussion with external vendors to negotiate with vendors and finalize the orders to be procured.
• Ensure that Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order and Service Requisition to Work Order conversion cycle time is within the target fixed to ensure that the resources are available at the right time, the right price and from the right source
• Department Commercial (Purchase, Contract Cell, Store)
• Have sourcing, purchasing, risk management and vendor management experience.
• Timely Contact Supplier for ensuring the supplies.
Must be computer literate with good oral and written communication skills in English/Vietnamese.
