Procurement, LOGISTICS & Customs Coordinator

- Check and follow up the Offshore and Onshore equipment/materials procurement process, Logistic and custom clearance, Tax, including:
o Checking/ following Custom Clearance for goods arriving to ports
o Ensure that purchasing, Logistics & Customs processes are in place to meet project requirement (as per EPC contract)
o Arranging/ reviewing transport goods from the port of origin up to warehouse/construction site
o Contacting with suppliers/ EPC Contractor to check and amend document if needed.
o Following up the tracking custom file and arrival goods tracking file and ensuring that all documents are in place and updated when required
o Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor progress status
o Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required
- Coordinate personnel between the EPC Contractor, Employer to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
- Responsible for making sure supplies, equipment, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery efficiently and safely from manufacturer’s factory to the site storage/construction site
- Ensuring the shipment quantity is corrected and following up with shipment schedule from EPC contractor.

Basic education: Logistic & Supply chain management
Experience: +3 years
Skills:
- BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator
- Proven Experience in custom clearance
- Knowledge of Import & Export requirement, Vietnam laws, regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal and ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
