Reporting to Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Procurement management (mainly responsible for system use and daily operation requirements and concerns)
• Thorough analysis of spending and partnership with business functions, and development of overall sourcing strategy that supports the goals of the company.
• Lead and execute individual sourcing projects including sourcing strategy development, running the bidding/quotation process, award recommendations, review and negotiation, purchase order issuance and contract execution in coordination with legal team.
• Lead supplier qualification process.
• Build and maintain supplier list.
• Manage supplier contracts and relationships. Identify and resolve supplier performance issues.
• Research market trends and benchmark pricing to make appropriate buying recommendations.
• Guide internal customers through procurement process and support them in using Lazada’s procurement system

Yêu cầu ứng viên
In order to success in this role, you should ideally have:
• Degree from related fields i.e. business, procurement, supply chain etc.
• 4+ years or procurement/purchasing experience
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience in procurement/purchasing for marketing, logistics, warehouse or professional services
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Prioritization and stakeholder management
• Strong stakeholder management skills
