- Support business growth by providing sourcing solutions to I&R (Innovation & Renovation) projects
- Create and deliver the Sourcing Strategy for unique raw materials and packaging as required by I&R projects
- Market Intelligence
- Leverage Resources
- Manage the elaboration of Strategy for the category that deliver competitive advantage to the business.
- Conduct frequent Market Analyses that help the business to anticipate supply market evolution to turn threats into opportunities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Over a sustained period (7 - 8 years) has demonstrated success in delivering competitive advantage to the business through procurement in the market. Managing sourcing for new products, innovation, renovation will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated experience /ability in the following:
• Sourcing of range of raw materials, commodities and packaging material.
• Managing strategic relationship with suppliers
• Influencing strategy and managing projects with diverse legal / regulatory requirements
• Understanding of National and International Procurement Regulations
• SRM: Build and lead effective strategic relationships with key suppliers
- Demonstrated experience of indirect leadership and working with cross-functional team
- Demonstrated experience /ability in the following:
• Sourcing of range of raw materials, commodities and packaging material.
• Managing strategic relationship with suppliers
• Influencing strategy and managing projects with diverse legal / regulatory requirements
• Understanding of National and International Procurement Regulations
