Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures
- Be responsible for overall organization purchasing, order processing of the company
- Negotiating, controlling cost, manage the full circle of sourcing, suppiers sourcing, check legal contract, check all purchasing and payment request before final approval, contract and purchasing process, including coordination with warehouse and logistics
- Build proactive sourcing and supplier network and portfolio to respond to production needs
- Assess the performance of suppliers and proactively implement solutions and alternatives
- Enhance relationship with suppliers
- Achieves savings target and other financial targets
- Cost / Budget control regarding all purchasing volume and also overhead cost and headcount of purchasing function according to the approved budget;
- Closely checking and following up a status of all goods and prioritizes according to the arrival date to avoid any arising costs.
- Control supplier processing in term of supplying ability, processing, and timeline
- Assists other duties as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: Bachelor or above
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in purchasing
- Thorough understanding of the procurement process/ contract management is preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to make decisions
- Good interpersonal communication skills, team abilities, and cultural capabilities
- Work independently and self-motivated and high integrity
- Good at English
