Procurement Executive

A. Procurement Planning
- Participate to build up the plan of selection of supplier for the projects
- Manage the schedule of supplier selection
- Synthetize the plan of selection of supplier for the company

B. Project Execution and Management
- Draw up and check the material request + warn the contract terms that may affect the quotation price.
- Organize the competitive quotation and select supplier
- Evaluate and propose the most suitable supplier for the work
- Negotiate the contract conditions with supplier
- Manage and track the status of contract implementation, support and resolve the variation problems under contract.

C. Risk Management
- Manage risk and propose preventive solutions during the contracting, execution and liquidation.
- Revise and update database, procedure and regulation if necessary.

- Graduated from University of International Trade, Business Administration… or University of Electrical Engineering, Construction is an advantage.
- At least 2 year experience in procurement work; have knowledge & experience of suppliers in the North market is a big advantage.
- At least 2 year experience in negotiation & making contract.
- Basic understanding of construction field and drawings.
- Well-speaking and writing in English and skillful with Microsoft Office.
- Good at organization and flexible in work, work under high pressure
- Sociable and friendly.
