Procurement Executive

Sub contractor management
• Check and verify all sub con quotations, contracts, contract liquidations, handover documents
• Prepare/ upload PO and related forms
• Negotiate for favorable terms and rates
• Maintain and develop list of all sub cons
• Perform sub con ratings based on work quality
Raw Material procurement
• Develop and maintain database of key raw material suppliers
• Maintain and upkeep all material samples/ brochures
• Source for new material and new supplier
• Update material price, manage related documents with suppliers: quotation, PO, contracts, liquidation, hand-over, Invoice, receipt, cash advance...

• At least 1 – 3 years of experience in construction, interior, or furniture industry
• Good knowledge in cost and quality control
• Good computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office
• Candidate must be able to speak and write fluent English. Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
• Able to source for materials
• Good negotiation skill
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight dead lines
