Procurement Executive

- In charge of managing the supply chain for the project, from supplier’s selection up to delivey at Colas Rail storage in Hanoi or directly on the construction site;
- Identify supplier’s according to Project needs (both on-shore and off-shore), and initiate business partnership;
- Prepare and negotiate purchasing contracts with supplier’s with the support of Project and Design Managers;
- Liaise with Project Technical team to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the purchasing technical specifications;
- Follow-up contractually and commercially the supplier’s and the freight-forwarders during the implementation of their Contracts;
- Follow-up import and custom clearance process;
- Build a database of local supplier’s and secure for all recurring purchase of small materials during construction phase;
- Propose and implement a purchase request and approval process for the project;
- Propose and implement tools for reporting on procurement and transportation activities status;
- Collaborate with Colas Rail S.A HQ procurement department when necessary;capacity to coordinate and manage crane and road closure booking;
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.

- Knowledge of Vietnamese law with respect to trading and importing goods. Experience in Projects in plus.
- Deep knowledge of incoterms rules.
- Knowledge of store management.
- Capacity to coordinate transport & logistics activities.
- Capacity to manage & implemend stores and materials/ asser itinerary &control.
- Strong planning and problem solving skills.
- Strong communications & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good command of English.
