Procurement Executive

The duties includes
• Manage inventory at all facilities and oversee purchasing managers at each clinic. Monitor inventory and emergency supplies.
• Must be able to order all supplies and equipment required by clinics with approval from Executive management.
• Stay up-to-date on pricing and industry trends, such as special taxes levied on medical devices and supply chain standards that for equipment and health care supplies.
• Coordinate purchases with an outside group-purchasing organization that assists multiple health care providers in obtaining supplies and equipment at lower rates.
• Unpack incoming deliveries, check for defective equipment and damaged supplies, organize stockroom and maintain accurate labeling and location system for stock and non-stock items.
• Management and reports all required data for generating purchase orders. Accurately fill all supply requisitions and make deliveries according to assigned schedules.
• Must minimize waste of supplies and misuse of equipment. Maintain optimum levels of inventory in nursing units to prevent over and out of stock situations.
• Negotiating contracts with vendors, issuing purchase orders for materials, matching purchase orders with invoices and verifying delivery schedules
• Fact finding and communicating with supply chain managers
• Ensure that appropriate supplies and equipment are available for the company in order to reach optimal patient care at the best pricing in accordance with company standards.
• Responsibilities include creating reports to assist, and identify savings and ways to improve the procurement process

• Must have experience working with Foreigners

• Ensure delivery time and quality of all purchase order
• Work on detail and checking order to make sure all purchase are delivered in a good conditions to assigned schedules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work best with different individuals
• Experience working in a health care environment required
• Knowledge of medical technology preferred
• Medical supply management
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
