Procurement Executive

• Perform the overall procurement functions of the company;
• Forecast levels of demand for products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels;
• Assist in sourcing suppliers/vendors for required products;
• Search for new potential suppliers, develop and set up a supplier data base to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of most competitive price, delivery on time and quality;
• Negotiate with suppliers; prepare price comparisons, cost saving budgeting and targeting, and set up frame contracts;
• Prepares PO/contract in compliance with purchasing procedure;
• Check shipping documents for imported goods; closely co-ordinate with Forwarders to ensure compliance with the company’s import policy;
• Prepare import and export documentation
• Make the payment request with all requested document to Finance dept;
• Cooperatively work with other department to resolve all relevant issues;
• Be responsible to keep all information related to goods, prices, suppliers, manufactures confidentially;
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Certificate of Business administration are welcome or with 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement .
• Good knowledge of international trade administration, e.g. import/export documentation, Letters of credit, etc would be an added advantage
• Honest, active, initiative and team-work quality are required.
• Good in negotiating, persuading, relationship building, problem solving.
• Have good spoken, written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
