Procurement Executive is Responsible for sourcing & liaising with vendors to ensure diversification, competitiveness and quality of goods/ services purchased.
1. Sourcing and prequalifying vendors (for routine and ad-hoc purchases to ensure the company has resourceful alternatives and diversification, cost competitiveness and right quality of goods/ services.
2. Ensuring purchase requisitions raised by user departments are informative, sufficient and ready before implementation
3. Conducting competitive quotation calling, tender calling by participating in the processes from beginning to end
4. For tenders, make sure any purchase in tender threshold must go through tender process with strong documentation and maximum transparency.
5. Ensuring goods or services purchased on a regular basis shall be routinized into annual contracts as much as possible.
6. For ad-hoc/non-regular purchases, to ensure purchases conducted through quotation calling or tender calling processes be followed strictly according to company’s policies and procedures, ensuring proper documentation and maximum transparency.
7. Ensuring all purchases be reflected fully in SAP system after acquiring enough offline approval as per the company’s Delegation of Authority.
8. Able to document internal submissions in English properly, logically, fluently and convincingly to ease approval.
9. Able to communicate well with different parties both internal and external to smooth processes
10. Conducting cluster purchases (numerous properties).
11. Other assignments by Senior Manager, Purchasing, North Vietnam

University graduate, major in English, Foreign Trade, Economics.
1 – 2 years of purchasing experience in commercial or hospitality companies
Knowledge of Bidding Law.
Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
Good spoken and written English.
Honest, high integrity, self-disciplined, self-motivated, organized, willing to learn, creative.
Able to function independently and teamwork.
