Mô tả công việc
- Develop Sourcing Strategy according to7-step. Communicate strategies with stakeholders and implement them accordingly for competitive advance to the business
- Ensure compliant towards internal control, Corporate principles, guidelines and best practices. Select and document supplier selection process adequately
- Launch initiatives to turn threats/risks into opportunity and optimize sustainable savings for Nestle. Lowest Total Cost of Ownership. Liaise w/ cross-functional colleagues to maximize benefits to Nestle
- Integrate Innovation elements from suppliers into Nestlé' Innovation and Renovation processes. Ensure all suppliers are approved via Vendor Approval Process and adherance towards Nestlé' Suppliers Code.
- Ensure efficient and speed of servie to internal stakeholders. Benchmark w/ colleagues in the region/zone
- Optimize procurement tools (e-sourcing, eLearning, contract templates, etc.)
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of procurement records. Protect Nestle confidential matter
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Marketing procurement, especially for POSM, Visibility, Event, Promotional items, etc.

Over a sustained period (2-3 years) has demonstrated success in delivering competitive advantage to the business through development and implementation of sourcing strategies for the spend category in charge.
- Has demonstrated the ability to successfully lead projects.
- Has demonstrated successful use of TCO analysis, risk management, responsible sourcing and supplier relation management.
- Has successfully negotiated in cross functional or cross market teams
