Mô tả công việc
I/ JOB PURPOSE
To be in charge of negotiating, operating and managing all related Commercial Agreements of Company in an efficient and beneficial manner.
Department: Procurement & Supply Chain Management
Direct report to: Procurement Team Leader
II/ JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Contract management in procuring materials and services required for Company operations while conforming to the PSCs, JOAs, Company policies, procedures, guidelines.
- Assist procurement operations for Company in preparation of bid document package, participate in the tendering, clarification & evaluation of tenders and finalize the documentation of contract agreement in compliance to the PSCs, JOAs, Company policies, procedures, guidelines to meet project schedules to avoid project deferment.
- Prepare Contract document in collaboration with end users to meet project schedules to ensure Contract Agreements are signed timely according to Company standards.
- Assist to monitor vendor work performance & compliance to Contractual Terms & Conditions through the established tracking mechanism, provide feedback on vendor performance.
- Control Contract management filling system including letter, fax, tendering document and correspondences.
- Monitor Contract Approved Value vs Actual expenditure
- Execute correspondences transmitting, receiving, issuing logging, updating, keeping including letter, fax, tendering documents to internal and external parties and photocopying.
- Provide the ability to control the document flow, filing/archiving, and document handover activities for Department operations.
- Preparing, distribution and filing Department reports.
- Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
III/ GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Good Governance: Enforce the implementation of applicable Company procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements.
- Leadership and Capability Development: Develop compliance management to support procurement process.

II/ QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
Qualification
- Possess Bachelor’s degree level, in legal, economics, foreign trade or equivalent or technical with extensive experience in commercial & contract aspect of petroleum operations;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software;
- English: Fluently in Speaking, Writing & Listening;
- Have intensive knowledge of commercial aspect, legal dispute, tendering procedure, document control;
- Have ability to work independently;
Experience
- Have at least five (5) years’ experience working as procurement official/executive or equivalent;
- Experience in SAP, Maximo, Oracle or equivalent business planning tool is preferred.

Job Requirements
- Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures and systems
- Knowledge of E&P industry would be an advantage.
