ABB Power Grids offers power and automation products, systems and service solutions across the generation, transmission and distribution value chain - enabling a stronger, smarter and greener power grid.
As a Procurement and Logistics Business Partner you will support in development and communication/implementation of global and regional PL strategies to maximize PL efficiency Power Grids Business in Vietnam. You will lead internal stakeholder management in the Country, across business, business lines and other functions ensuring compliance and implementation of Supply Chain Management (PL) activities, procedures and initiatives in the (Oversight) Country.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring target achievement according to the IM&S operational dashboard (especially cost reduction/avoidance and
supplier compliance rate).
- Representing and gathering permanently or on request PL matters in country management meetings.
Managing and developing local buyers and implementing PL initiatives locally (process improvements, tool
implementation).
- Representing the interest of a country in defining sourcing strategies.
- Supporting the prioritization of regional sourcing initiatives for the good of ABB rather than for a specific country.
Involving local internal clients if necessary and ensuring early buy in from the local organization into sourcing strategies.
- Ensuring that local requirements are considered in RFQs, communicating results of RFQs (supplier selection) to internal
clients and following up local implementation.
- Coordinating audit activities on behalf of PL and ensuring that local regulatory laws and requirements are adhered and
executed.
- Supporting or leading fiduciary and compliance related topics with regards to PL in the respective country / hub together
with LBL PL’s.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in General Management.
- Extensive experience in Sourcing.
- Very good understanding of Contract Management.
- Good understanding of local regulatory guidelines.
- Very good Project Management and communication skills
- Superior spoken and written English fluency besides the local language (Vietnamese).
