- Professionally requesting and collecting documents from clients in a timely manner
- Following up, guiding and assisting clients at every stage of the documentation process
- Reading, analyzing, writing in English for complete the file
- Assisting the lawyers in building strong and convincing files for clients
- Keeping track of each file’s progress, preparing for subsequent steps and giving the timely support.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experienced in the processing in the fields of immigration, visa process, investment, banking, finance or customer service is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
- Language: Proficiency in English
- Good at analytical skills, problem-solving and decision-making
- Good use of computer office software (Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat…)
- Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
