POSITION GOALS:
- Work as part of a team to ensure all systems on RODI, AWN/waste water, Grinder, Biological Wastewater Treatment and gases are executed in compliance to the State of Vietnam or Intel A9 regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all system are properly operated and maintained in accordance to PM Process / OEM and operated to system optimum performance.
- Timely execution of task and accountabilities as listed below.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that assigned equipment or system operation, involved staff on operation and maintenance executes task and conform to established SOP, RFC and audit compliant per INTEL and JLL guidelines and plant operating instructions.
- Weekly and monthly report on RODI, AWN, Biological Wastewater Treatment and gases. Report shall be represented with graphs trending data on PM, CM, spares/consumable consumed & forecast for the operation and maintenance. Graph to include operating cost. Reports and documentation shall comply with Intel and JLL guidelines.
- Performs regular maintenance for Mechanical system (include Water Pumps, Air Blowers, and Valves…).
- Participate in team to perform root-cause analysis and system improvement.
- Ensure incident report to be release within 12 hours. Root cause analysis shall be released within three days. Compliance to internal and external company policy.
- Data encoding to MAXIMO system for WO, analysis/evaluation of PM, PDM or CM within two days upon completion maintenance.
- Develop and improve SOO/SOI for the system operation and maintenance and execute based on MAXIMO job plan.
- Attend safety/EHS trainings.
- Prepare necessary estimates for timely stock inventory on consumables / spares.

- Phối hợp cùng nhân viên vận hành và bảo trì đảm bảo các thiết bị vận hành, hệ thống vận hành tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn đã được thiết lập: SOP, RFC và tuân thủ theo quy định của INTEL và JLL và các hướng dẫn vận hành nhà máy.
- Làm báo cáo hàng tuần và hàng tháng về RODI, AWN, xử lý nước thải sinh học và khí. Báo cáo sẽ được trình bày bằng các biểu đồ trên PM, CM. Đồ thị bao gồm chi phí vận hành. Các báo cáo và tài liệu phải tuân thủ các nguyên tắc của Intel và JLL.
- Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ cho hệ thống Cơ khí (bao gồm Máy bơm nước, Máy thổi khí và Van).
- Phối hợp cùng team để thực hiện phân tích nguyên nhân gốc và cải thiện hệ thống.
- Đảm bảo các báo cáo về sự cố sẽ được gửi đi trong vòng 12 giờ. Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc sẽ được gửi đi trong vòng ba ngày. Tuân thủ nội quy trong và ngoài công ty.
- Mã hóa dữ liệu vào hệ thống MAXIMO cho WO, phân tích / đánh giá PM, PDM hoặc CM trong vòng hai ngày sau khi bảo trì hoàn thành.
- Phát triển và cải thiện SOO cho vận hành & bảo trì hệ thống dựa trên kế hoạch công việc MAXIMO.
- Tham dự các khóa đào tạo về an toàn / EHS.
- Dự toán về spares/consumable cho vận hành và bảo trì.

- At least 3 years relevant experience in plant maintenance or operations within a manufacturing facility.
- Knowledgeable in mechanic repair.
- Knowledgeable in water pumps (Grundfos, Ebara, Goulds…)
- Able to create concise activity report, root cause analysis improvement / recommendation and data trending.
- Should have skill capability on Reverse Osmosis / Deionization process/ acid neutralization process and Biological Wastewater Treatment.
- Should have good communication skills at all levels, possess good team leadership.
- An understanding of training requirements, planning and computer literacy is also essential.
