Mô tả công việc
I/ Support MM/Purchasing/Production issues (30%):
- Support requests from users via phone, email and messenger
- Analyze / translate end users issue
- Contact / coordinate with RHQ/HQ members to get support
- System authorization control
II/ New project implementation & process improvement / audit (30%):
- Analyze, design & consult for process / system improvement request
- System transactions & business process audit / verification
III/ Power User training (20%):
- Prepare system / process manual & share with power users
- Prepare training document & make presentation regularly
IV/ KPI monitoring (20%):
Weekly & monthly tracking company’s KPI (SCM & Production site)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- SAP experience is advantage
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, SCM
- Years of experience: 1~3 years in SCM, Production, Purchasing & Warehouse
- Good Command in spoken and written English
