- Build up the strategy to strengthen sales and import/export function, organize structured sales team, define and assign clear roles and responsibilities to each person
- Identify and assess process issues on sales and import and export process
- Support design and implementation of standardized process across entire sales teams
- Generate requirement on system improvement list on Sales/Distribution and import/export function
- Strongly manage long-aging AR and drive sales team to collect on-time basis
- Identify any potential fraud issues for internal control process and implement the solution
- Engage all the related team to come up with the solution and keep monitoring to ensure that the solution is maintained.
- Actively engage other teams such as the production team, and discuss with them to shorten the closing process and increase figure accuracy
- Design templates and train sales team staffs to grow management skill
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by product and territories
- Projecting expected sales volume and revenue for existing and new products
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
- Collect all sales teams actual and report management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree
- Have a solid background about at least 07 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience to lead sales management or sales management innovation function
- Must have SAP user experience in SD module or highly preferred in SAP SD implementation experience as a Process Innovation leader
- Have strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellence in Microsoft Office
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills, Korean speaking is a plus
- Careful, hard-working and work well under pressure and when challenged on multiple projects
- Be hungry for personal success, learning & promotion
- Strong opinion leader
- Prefer experiences in Import/Export function
