Process Innovation Production Manager ( Senior and Junior)

Main Responsibilities:
- Build up strategy to strengthen production management function and act as Process Innovation leader of Production Management function during a project ( for senior level only)
- Lead to organize structured SAP project production management team
- Define and assign clear roles and responsibilities to each person
- Identify and assess process issues on production management such as production planning, cost analysis, material/inventory management and master data such as BOM/Routing
- Lead and push related teams to solve issues and implement solution
- Support design and implementation of standardized process across entire production teams
- Give guidance and conduct training production staffs on operation of PP and MES system
- Actively, participate, interact and discuss with 3rd party consultant
- Generate requirement on system improvement list on production management function
- Analysis and support to change current process due to M&A, integrating 4 companies into 2 companies, cooperating with 3rd party consulting firm
- Give advise on current production management team's operational work such as :
- Planning and organizing production schedules (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Workforce planning based on the production planning and machine capabilities
- Oversee a workforce of 1,000+ employees in the manufacturing department
- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
- Manufacturing cost and productivity level analysis by each work center
- Raw material, sub-material, and consumable material planning/management with manufacturing department, procurement
- Production budget planning, manage budget, implement cost control
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
- Working Location : Hung Yen 50%, Thái Nguyên 50%

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree(engineering or industrial management is preferred, master degree would be plus)
- More than 10 years of experience ( senior level) and 03 years ( for junior level) in Manufacturing operation and/or production management in global manufacturing companies, especially aluminum product or automobile
- Fluent in writing and speaking in English
- Must have SAP running experiences on PP or MES
- Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
- Very strong in leading and managing Operation Team to achieve excellence performance
- Productivity monitoring, productivity report, productivity increasing efforts/activities/proven results
- Proactive, Quality focus, analytic thinking
