The position will determine and implement continuous improvement activities into production, mostly focus on manual assembly and packaging processes. To apply efficient and cost effective methods for the production. The role will ensure all components of the manufacturing process are best optimized for maximum productivity, quality and efficiency.
-Implement the Industrial Engineering techniques in order to increase productivity by continuous Improvement(CI)
activities with existing processes: Manual assembly lines, tube cutting process, packaging (manual tasks)_
- To give the process engineering support to project implementation for new process , new product transfer and new materials sourcing
- Analyze existing industrial engineering techniques and develop recommendations for changes to working methods that
will minimize costs, and time taken; increase yields and productivity, improve the quality and consistency of final products.
- Conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods for
maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Imply independent judgment and acquired experience, for
execute moderately complex and non-routine assignments.
- Provide engineering service and advice to industrial engineering activities; prepare reports regarding reviews of
production methods, equipment layout and equipment and material utilization.
- Understand specific client needs or technical specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new
techniques and estimate time requirements for each step and total cost of the project.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Engineering educated , Mechanical or Automation is preferable ,
At lest 3-5 years experience in manufacturing work.
Good command in English.
Preferable with certification of manufacturing management as Lean, six sigma, TPM….
Preferable skill: 3D drawings, micromotion analysis, production process analysis

Further expansion of the factory is planned to be in the beginning of 2017 with the additional investment of USD 100 million. Today, B.
