- Responsibility to support machine design, process design, installation, ramp-up
- Start up and running of production processes and MAE release support
- Investigate knowledge of respective process to apply in the factory
- Make design improvement to increase machine efficiency (OEE), process capabilities
- Process investigations to improves processes w.r.t. cycletime, Failure costs, quality (Cpk)
- Communication with the lead plant engineers and suppliers for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance implementation and process developments

Qualifications
- Having background in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering, strong knowledge of equipment/processes, with engineer level at Technical University or similar.
- Extensive knowledge in the production or process engineering
- Process management skill (PDCA, KPI., etc)
- Problem analysis & problem solving skill (5-Why, 8D.,etc)
- Able to work independently and able to make decisions individually
- Having knowledege in TPM, Lean manufacturing is an advantage
- Language skill: strong English communication skill is mandatory
