Mô tả công việc
- Responsibility to support process design in the plant
- Start up and running of production processes and MAE release support
- Investigate same process technologies on the market for applicability in Bosch processes
- Make design improvement to increase machine efficiency (OEE), process capabilities
- Communication with the lead plant engineers and suppliers for process developments
- Training technicians and engineers in manufacturing and maintenance department
- Process investigations to improves processes w.r.t. cycle time, Failure costs, quality (Cpk)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics, Material Science (Metal)
- Proven extensive knowledge in the equipment or process engineering
- Result orientation, Project/Task management skill
- Responsiveness/ Agility and Willing to learn
- Process management skill (PDCA, KPI, etc.)
- Deeply understanding of machine mechanical design & controls is required
- Having knowledge in TPM, Lean manufacturing is an advantage
- Strong communication skill both in English and Vietnamese
