GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for completing the product, process and machinery of transfer projects

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Chịu trách nhiệm chính vào các dự án chuyển giao sản phẩm, qui trình sản xuất và máy móc thiết bị.
To be the owner of the product, process and machinery transfer projects.
• Đảm bảo sản phẩm được chuyển giao đạt yêu cầu về an toàn và chất lượng.
To make sure the products to be transferred meeting safety and quality requirement.
• Theo dõi sát sao với thành viên của nhóm để thu thập đầy đủ thông tin để thiết lập quy trình sản xuất.
To follow up closely with the team to get enough information to set up for production process.
• Tham gia các dự án lắp đặt máy móc, và các thiết bị phụ trợ trong nhà máy.
To participate in project installation of machinery and auxiliary equipment in the plan
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác thực hiện các công việc cải tiến để nâng cao năng suất và chất lượng sản phẩm.
Coordinate with other departments carry out improvement work to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Cùng với các nhiệm vụ được nêu trên, người phụ trách vị trí này phải thực hiện các công việc được giao bởi cấp trên.
In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his manager.

Graduated from engineering field: electronic, mechanic,….

Experience in protective glove is an advantage
• Có kiến thức căn bản tốt về kỹ thuật và quy trình sản xuất.
Good background in engineering and manufacturing process.
• Có khả năng trình bày, phân tích, và giải quyết vấn đề.
Good presentation, analytical skill and problem solving skill.
• Khả năng học hỏi nhanh và chấp nhận thử thách của những quy trình và sản phẩm mới.
Ability to learn quickly and accept challenging with new product and process transfer.
• Có ý thức về an toàn thiết bị.
Equipment safety awareness.
Graduated from engineering field: electronic, mechanic,….

Experience in protective glove is an advantage
