Job Description
Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
1. Process owner of the Vision system (ring & loop inspection system) & facet process
* Conduct process FMEA to identify any quality risks
* Development of monitoring/ evaluating and data collecting system for the vision process
* Issue, maintain & improve workshop documentation for operators
2. Guarantee compliance to safety, environment & working conditions guidelines
* Safety line walk at process & define actions to improve
* Assure operators & technicians are trained as updated work instructions
3. Machine & equipment (MAE) involvement: Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test & line release
* Support machine installation, start up & running of production processes & MAE release
4. Running & improving the vision & facet inspection process
* Increasing machine’s capacity by applying TPM & LEAN manufacturing tools
* Initiate OEE improvements
* Solve problems & participate in problem-solving activities
5. Tracking & maintaining Bosch Production System (BPS)
* Deploy BPS principles to process areas
* Find solutions for a better BPS concept

Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering
* 2-3 years of relevant experiences is preferred
* Experience in image processing
* Good communication skill in English & Vietnamese
* Initiative
* Understanding of problem-solving tools & methods
* Willingness to take over responsibilities

* Shuttle buses are provided from various locations of HCMC and Bien Hoa City
* 16+ days of annual leaves
