Job Description
• Running and improving tool maintenance process for fine blanking (safety, quality and delivery)
• Define and maintain standard of tool maintenance process for fine blanking
• Responsible to check & monitor process and take the lead in process problem solving activities for tool shop
• Initiate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements for tool shop
• Support Shop floor Management Cycle (SMC) to achieve KPI of production
• Check, review and improve autonomous maintenance (AM) and involvement in preventive maintenance (PM)
• Start up and monitor Continuous Process Improvements (CIP) to achieve cost, quality for tool shop
• Conduct and maintain FMEA on Toolshop side of view
• Involvement in release of new line, product, initial sample run, quality gate review

Qualifications
• Bachelor in Engineering, majoring in: Fine blanking tooling/molding, Fabrication/Machining, Mechanical maintenance, Metallic material processing knowledge is an advantage
• Minimum of 2-4 year-experience in an industrial manufacturing plant
• Good understanding of problem analysis and solving tools and methods (8D, fishbone, 5 whys, etc.) and process management (PDCA, KPI, ...)
• Good command of English (both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Lean Production System (BPS) is an advantage
• Hardware/ Software skill: MS Office, AutoCAD
