Process Engineer/technologist

Daily Technical Activity Shop-floor

- Safety & enviroment in the production area
- Plan and handles the activities such as (Continual Improvement using ISO Management System, Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma Approach)
- Lead, implements and handles all activities for 5S including periodically audit
- Lead, implements and handle all activities of Bonfiglioli Production System (BPS)
- Lead, implements and handle all activities of best manufacturing processes, improve FTQ, line balancing, line layout, labor efficiency, machine efficiency (material handling, tools, new machine,…)
- Understand equipment and find solutions for product quality and production performance issues
- Coordinate Production and relevant departments to ensure productivity.
- Coordinate and supervise to ensure the plant safety practices are followed by all staff.
- Ensure the process on line and company's rule are followed

Other task in details will be discussed in the interview

- Male, University graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 relevant years experience in continuous improvement / Process improvement
- Good English communication
- Good at Ms Office, SAP system, ISO, 5S.
- Have knowledge in Lean manufacturing, Understanding of electric motors design and principles is an advantage
- Strong analytical capacity
- A person with strong personality that can drive & motivate people to do the job based on planned target is much welcome.
