Process Engineer/ Technical Engineer and Technician

• Consulting customers about ProMinent products and solution, ensure them understand advantages of products and services.
• Receiving and processing feedback from customers.
• Supporting SE to preparing presentations of Prominent and give them to customers.
• Co-operating with SE to survey at site, design solutions of chemical dosing and water disinfection systems, prepare P&ID drawing, technical documents, support SE to prepare quotation.
• Researching and developing new solutions to gain ProMinent and customers’ value.
• Installation supervising, commissioning, calibrating and handing over systems.
• Setting goal, planning and implementing plan according to company target.
• Responsible for equipment performance in the field and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
• Timely updating of service management tools, service reports, and calibration certificate.
• Proper managing of service job schedule, service tools, and workshop.
• Updating installed equipment database.
• Working time: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM.

• Graduating Colleges or Universities with major: Chemistry, Environment, Food industry, Electronics, Automation, Electricity or Mechanics...
• Good at English, both speaking and writing, Intermediate level English for bachelors is acceptable.
• Advanced in Microsoft office and AutoCAD (2D, 3D).
• 2-3 year experience in the same industry like water treatment companies, F&B industries (1 year for Technician) …
• Prefer candidates, worked as a designing engineer or a service engineer.
• Candidates are aware of ozone, UV and chlorine dioxide systems is prioritized.
• Teamwork, hardworking and responsible, willing travel...
