Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
1. Process owner of Sequential Calibration (SQC) and facet inspection process
Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks
Development of monitoring/evaluation and data collection system for the vision process
Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators
2. Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guidelines
Safety line walk at process and define action to improve
Assure operators and technicians are trained as updated work instruction
3. Machine and equipment (MAE) involvement: FAT, SAT and line release
Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and MAE release.
Make status report about project progress and and release report
4. Running and improving the SQC and facet inspection process
Increasing machine’s capacity by applying TPM and Lean manufacturing tools
Initiate OEE improvements
Solve problems and participate in problem solving activities
5. Tracking and maintaining Bosch Production System (BPS)
Deploy BPS principles to process area
Find solution for a better BPS concept

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in automation/ mechatronics engineering/electronics or mechanical engineering
- Fresh graduates with good academic results and mindset are welcome to apply
- 2-3 year of relevant experience is preferred
- Good communication skill in Vietnamese & English
- Initiative
- Responsiveness / Agility / Willing to Learn
- Loyalty / Adhere to company’s policies
- Willingness to take over responsibility
- Project / Task Management
- Fresh graduates with good academic results and mindset are welcome to apply
- 2-3 year of relevant experience is preferred
