Mô tả công việc
Process owner of : Rolling, Calibrating
- Responsible for project planning of: FAT, installation, SAT, release new loop type start up and running of Rolling, Calibrating processes in loop line.
- Accept and release machines at the supplier and in the factory and you are responsible for budget and cost targets.
- Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks.
- Make monthly Cpk report for assigned process.
- Support in disturbances and take the lead in trouble shooting.
- Create, update & improve the ODS documents.
- Initiate OEE improvements & perform Suggestion scheme.
- Start up and monitor continuous process improvements to reach safety, cost, quality and volume targets.
- Tracking and maintaining BPS (Bosch Production System)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering subject.
2. Working experience
At least 2 or 3 years working in Process Control, Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance . Experiences with Rolling/Calibrating process is preferred
3. Trait and Skill:
- Project/Task Management
- Strong problem solving background
- Reporting (commercial, technical, quality, safety)
- Process management (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI, etc)
- Lean manufacturing principles
- Languages: - Mandatory: English, Vietnamese, spoken and written. Optional: German, Dutch.
- Hardware/ Software skills:- Microsoft Office Package, AutoCAD
