Mô tả công việc
Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
1. Process owner of Fine Blanking process
- Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks
- Development of monitoring/evaluation and data collection system for the vision process
- Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators
2. Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guidelines
- Safety line walk at process and define action to improve
- Assure operators and technicians are trained as updated work instruction
3. Machine and equipment (MAE) involvement: FAT, SAT and line release
- Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and MAE release.
- Make status report about project progress and and release report
4. Running and improving the Fine Blanking process
- Increasing machine’s capacity by applying TPM and Lean manufacturing tools
- Initiate OEE improvements
- Solve problems and participate in problem solving activities
5. Tracking and maintaining Bosch Production System (BPS)
- Deploy BPS priciples to process area
- Find solution for a better BPS concept

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ mechatronics engineering
- Fresh graduates with good academic results and mindset are welcome to apply
- 2-3 year of relevant experience is preferred
- Good communication skill in Vietnamese & English
- Good understanding of problem-solving tools and methods
