Mô tả công việc
1. Determine most effective arrangement of production operations
2. Work in process: conducting research and develop manufacturing processes, controlling processes…
3. Developing safety procedures in respective working areas to ensure all operators MUST follow working procedures and policies.
4. Design measurement and control systems for the plants: design and plan layout of equipment, control materials inventory including inbound and outbound, …
5. Technical support for production lines; performing laboratory studies to develop new products/ testing proposed process in small scale operation, ….
6. Prepare estimate of production costs and production progress reports.
7. Drive FPY/ RTY and reduce variance of Viscosity in production processes.
8. Ensure a good 5S practice to provide comfortable, safety and tidy working environment.
9. Lead and provide training and coaching to staff for growing
10. Other ad hoc works as requested.

* Education:
- Bachelor degree and above in Chemistry Engineering, Mechanic, Textile Engineering.
* Job Experience:
- No experience required
- Good English skill in both speaking & writing
* This location gives priority to locals or people who are able to arrange accommodation for their working shift.
* Working Shift:
- Shift 1 (06:00 am - 14:00 pm)
- Shift 2 (14:00 pm - 22:00 pm)
- Shift 3 (22:00 pm - 06:00 am the next morning)
* Benefits:
- 12 days leave/ year
- Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance are above the actual salary, effective from the beginning of working time if eligible under the provisions of social insurance.
- 24/24 insurance takes effect on the date of entering the company.
- Health insurance for yourself after 06 months working at the Company.
- Other benefits according to the Company's Regulations.
